management owns 65 - 70% based on full dilution.

So lets use the low numbers of 65%

3,010,000,000 * .65 = 1,956,500,000 owned by management

1,956,500,000 - 3,010,000,000 = 1,053,500,000

minus my 98,000,000 and BigBucks 100,000,000+ = 855,500,000
