This problem might show only with Google Chrome users, regardless of anti-virus and/or firewall.
To fix this issue - clean your cash and cookies and try reloading the page.

All content on my site was created by me manually using html and does not contain any malware.

Here's what I've discovered:

Yesterday I've restructured the page "Court Documents - WUCC Utah" and had to delete some obsolete files. Chrome (unlike IE and Firefox) doesn't detect the changes and tries to get old (non-existent) files. At this point the web-hosting for 0sites takes over and tries to display a banner (about missing files) from "get-banner.lookup.co.cc" - which is unreliable site, and is correctly black-listed.
If you ever get this warning, NEVER continue and close the browser.

IE and Firefox do not have this problem, because they detect the changes in the content and refresh in timely manner.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

Rincewind.
