I know about all that stuff and have actually done the homework. Very old and overstated/overblown info. That stuff was a combination of info that was misstated, taken out of context, or just lies (plus a few facts, admittedly). That was posted on the internet by someone with a huge short position in the stock and profited from any drop in stock price. Like I said, I have done my DD here and this stock is solid. The current circumstances preventing all dilution for such a long time mitigate the risk in this company, coupled with unparalleled transparency really kind of squashes all the statements you've made. :)
