Hey guys, good to see some buying going on today. THe past 2 days have been rough to watch. I got this in a alert today, anyone know anything about it?

Encounter Technologies Inc. (PINK:ENTI) dropped by 28.57% to close on $0.0005 with day traded volume of 713.73M, The Company also has formed CybAirCorp to develop colocation facilities and deploy wireless Internet access systems.

It appears to be old, but here is a filing signed by Dennis Hinton from July of last year.
