I think stluc just answered my question & concerns. Under Ch 11 BK Deptholders are first to be paid, then shareholders. Blockbusters current dept is much larger than what any bidder will probably pay for the company, shareholders will most likely not see a penny from a sale under CH 11 BK. JMO
