Yes you are right they took over a company that did not exsist 4 days earlier... but you and many others miss the point on how that relates in the real world.

They needed someone lik Dominick Falso in the company...as he himself has stated...he is there to bring in revenue..to boost sales and to get and bring clients to Hi Score. Well any company that wants a top of the game player has to pay for the person.

If you are a big successful company you simply offer him or her the top salary in the sector...or you give them a cash sing on bonus... This is a sub penny stock Short..they did not have cash and can not pay high salary...so they use what they have.. Shares and dilution to get what they need to bring him on.

Again its common and its legal... All anyone can hope for at this time is good news takes this up and people can make a ton of money...its a risk..all stocks are..this one is just a little higher risk then others... enough said.. Good Luck to you and all holders here...
