No evidence that this is anything but a mediocre company run by mediocre management with some grand ideas but without the skills to make them a reality.
I beg to differ,Back in September 22 PR they stated they hired additional people and expanded thier fasilities and gave guidance of a 30% increase in revenue.exsactly 3 months to the day the dec 22 NR stated this new contract would produce more than $250Kper month in additional revenue>that is more than a 100% increase.you call that mediocre?

As far as you r disclosure issues?its a pink sheet stock you ve purchased,the SEC give s them great latitude in when they must report material events in an 8K,if they where fully reporting they would have 72 hours to disclose it.and what documents would you like to subpoena?to ask for them you might just need to know what to ask for,just what documents do you need to see to tell you weather management is incompetent?
The bottom line is Pauls done a great job of growing the business,this is a year old start up with 100% growth and 5.5 $ million per year in revenues with NO DEBT-a small float and earnings to boot,what more can you ask for in a pink sheet company trading at 8 cents?we should be in the 20-25 cent range minimum.
