This isnt a 'new' date so to speak. As with all cases there are certain steps and procedures. Apparently none of us had seen the time frame in which the judge had already plotted out all the court dates. The next appearance coming up is for any dispositive motions; which is to say that both NIR and Avvaa are given the opportunity to drop some or all of their claims.

I dont know how scuba see this playing out but my guess is neither drop any claims unless they make an out of court settlement. Which means we will be given yet another court date and the judge is going to have to decide at some point the outcome.
