All I can add is this - look back through some of the posts on the board and you will see that I and many other's think that the LBSR lands will add a "BUFFER ZONE" just in case the Pebble is closest to the "ENVIRO ZONE" that the LBSR anomalies lie farther away.....and those lands could have the roads brought in from different angles etc. etc.

More land is ALWAYS good.

I think everyone understands your permitting scenario.
