So the company appears to have maxed out the A/S for the most part and drove the PPS to bid less with their dumping and for the last two trading days almost 100% has been sold short and were still waiting to see what is contained in the new filing.

Something appears to be very fishy here and as always I have a very good theroy on it but I will hold off on that one until the contents of the filing are public.
