I would buy some trees owners trees "on the stump" when harvest time comes but being as "real tree owners" have confirmed no tree care, no workers, no farm activity,no tatf office. Even if most of your trees do exist which I highly doubt they are probably low quality/very little value. Improper tree care =low quality

Like I said in other forum, have shares in a timber company or grow your own trees or face this nightmare everytime.
