Subject: PGPM and ongoing.....???

Hey Matt,

Long time no hear from the official company! Are we going to get a little carrot like last year with the PR blitz??

As soon as this ACLY situation shakes out.

I think the share holders need something to hang onto and I am sure you agree to that also.
How are the aviation contracts coming along???

1 under contract, two more in pipe (fingers crossed)

Have you gotten or secured the intellectual property with the company you sold to on your technology? Does that tie into where you at now????

Long story. My private company is owed serious money from a company in Houston. Legal proceedings may be necessary.

Has PGPM or ACLY bought into the injection tech???

No. and No. They might in the future, we’ll see.

Are they....(either).... going to implement it into their operations......

Maybe.

Are there any operations to implement the injection technology??

I have someone smiling and dialing for that purpose.

You think they (ACLY) will do something with it, and are you working it through PGPM?

Maybe. Not through PGPM at this time but that could easily change.

What is ACLY doing with the leases aside form none compliance with regs.......???

Nothing. They maybe trying to raise capital or sell them. Not sure.

Are there indications they will ramp up and start producing.......how does that effect the least non-payment and how will that benefit PGPM?

All their production monies would be owed to PGPM. Either that or some other compensation will be necessary.

What became of the panic for answers in how/what/why/when in your posts to get suggestions of how to handle ....what we seem to view as pressure to you from them.......???

ACLY came to the table. I’m guessing because they have an interested investor. I don’t know the details. Wanted feedback of what I should get out of them.

What are the indications they will be ongoing and looking to take care of us share holders that have bagged the fruits of the move-over......and looking after “their” share holders??? (which I am one)

Unknown. The only protection I can give is as a rep of PGPM shareholders.

Can you get an oil well or two, to start a little more income to PGPM from some haggling thought the negotiations of the leases?

Looking into that. Have a target or two. Good wells, good pressure maintenance potential. Comes with some good equipment. Something to PR later when applicable.

Carrots, with (ACLY) work both ways...What’s their excuse??

Unknown.

And what is your plan to fold on the none-payment which is long over due?

I want money or the leases or their company or a combo. Well see what happens.

I KNOW this is rough, but there is a long time that has evaded the public, there is no information not to mention the stop on the stock.......doesn’t look good to those who invested in earnest that this company would not make out in the sale of the properties that were sold!!!!
