what i'm stating is that since
march 2010 .. when the co. first
notified both their sor and the NV SOS
re: AS increases ... i've kept a *DAILY*
calendar .. as in i've called the TA and
spoken with maria *mostly* .. sometimes judy
and upon occasion ... elson (actual expo acct rep)

in those calls .. i've gotten the OS and AS info
and copied it into the calendar .. please realize
that TA didn't get AS increases until corp passed
that onto them .. the avg turnaround for new shares/certs
to be issued by the TA ran on avg .. 48 hours .. it's why
the events of 11/29 thru 12/8 .. *registered* with me

it wasn't the norm by any stretch

using the example i posted to you just yesterday

exph currently has an OS of 3.325.724.450 .. the OS has
been that way since a week ago today .. the NV SOS AS
increase was done 2 days b4 that (48 hours) on 2/1/2011

just an fyi .. from jan 11th (AS 3.1B) (to) thru feb 2nd
edit>> specific to 2/2 ~(NV SOS AS SHOWED 3.33B >>>> TA STILL SHOWED 3.1B)
and the OS was 3.052.997.178

the difference *issued* on feb 3rd 2011 .. was 272,727,272 shares

leaving exactly 4,275,550 *left* b4 the OS *meets* the AS

parlance is a maxed out OS/AS

if i had the time or the interest i could literally show/post
the entire history of the co.s SS via TA >> from mid march 2010
to today

i don't see the point myself

because as i've posted repeatedly i understood why the co.
had to raise their AS for the first time as a publicly traded co.
in mid march 2010

the events of the first Q 2010 .. were remarkably *transparent*
for those who did their DD and none of this came as a surprise

the router going down on the other hand was .. and imo sealed
the fate for fy 2010 .. in that imo only q3 will prove to be
*decent*

it is what it is .. it's an electively reporting co. on the OTC
subject to all that that entails .. imo mgmt has integrity and
the co. is beyond legit
