There does not seem to be any mechanism now in place to stop this "Wash" trading. So while this exists, how can any normal trading occur which would be reflective of tiv? And since it seems to be a money machine for the miscreants, with no barrier to prevent them from continuing until they get too old to continue, this could be a doomsday scenario.
