That is my opinion also, ""So IMO we won't know when we will get the A&B until the old SH get some kind of notice or offer for those shares. ""

I would think some one will be contacting us about the 2005 divis. Once that happens, then we will know that there is some progress being made. I would have expected to hear from some one over the past 6 months. Or maybe they have our cash sitting in some account already. jmo.eom.
