fbinvestor, you are mistaken with your comments. Vega has 50 billion shares "authorized". That is not the number that has been issued. That number is public knowledge and is not 50B.

Authorized means that the company has the ability to issue that number of shares.

Issued means all shares that have been issued, including both free trading and restricted shares.

This information is readily available. The total number of issued and outstanding shares is 31,002,522,194. This number includes both restricted and free trading shares.

The total number of free trading shares (float) is 4,001,391,374. This is the number to be concerned with. With the volume/liquidity that this stock has, a 4B share float is nothing. The balance of the issued and outstanding are "restricted" shares and cannot be traded.

So, the company is not liquidating 50B shares as you indicated. In my opinion, there is no diluting going on. I've been following this stock for several months and the reason I've been buying is that there was never a bounce after the r/s and there is always a bounce. So, my plan is to pick up shares at these prices and ride the wave up.

Good luck to all.
