Only good thing I can say here is that bollies are pattern pinching and will make a move VERY soon, lets see if Briscoe is smart enough to influence them when timing is right, BTW that move will happen with-in early next week if anyone has bothered to look at a history/bollie chart, every thiry it moves.... probably down would be my guess tho unless a whopper PR hits (a real one, not a twitter or facebook or another desertion of executive, etc.)
