Because this is huge news for this company with huge earnings, and you erased it without even knowing the circumstance. This stock was almost $40, but dropped due to the issue of control that was just clarified. This will be a huge boosher.

Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles, it empties today of it's strength.
