Yes, there is a psychological barrier at .10, and trading over the last few days would not support the idea of anyone buying more than 100K's of shares at the ask.

even if someone did, it would be a short term spike as sellers would push the price back down to the .10 range. I think in this case slow and steady wins the race, at least until the trial is over.
