Conway, President and Chief Executive Officer, WaterChef, Inc. announced today that the Company has been awarded a $2.7 million contract by Global Ocean Partners (Canada) to provide water purification equipment for 20,000 housing units to be built in Laos. The project, to be built in four different locations in Laos, will provide housing for over one hundred thousand people. WaterChef will supply five fully containerized stand-alone PureSafe Water Stations, each capable of producing more than 200,000 gallons of pure water per day.
