No hard feelings, but I doubt that's in their control right now as Clueless stated: "DTC takes time, everything is open and this is the norm now. They can't put PR's out every time something is delayed beyond their control."

If the delay is due to DTC, Transfer Agent and brokers I would personally see they continue focus on the main business as well as the audited financials which will build strength from the bottom instead of putting out a PR every now and then (my feeling is that a "PR-storm" or similar is mainly used by not so legit companies in order to assert themselves and maintain an (empty) focus from the market...)
A legit company do things properly, and announce things after, or in direct connection to the events mainly IMO.
