I wish I had enough money for a margin account so I could short stocks. I'm great at picking stocks that lose 90% of their value in a matter of weeks. I'd be rich! Blah

Has anything been said about the DTCC Global lock? Any reasoning at all besides the obvious reason of stealing investors money without having to be held accountable?
