Re: PFMS-Just spoke to the SEC and was told that filling of 8-K should be within 4 days of change. Was guided to the 8-K form online by the representative to section 5.02 and found this interesting entry on page 15 Instruction to paragraph (c) as follows:

"If the registrant intends to make a public announcement of the appointment other than by means of a report on Form 8-K, the registrant may delay filing the Form 8-K containing the disclosures required by this Item 5.02(c) until the day on which the registrant otherwise makes public announcement of the appointment of such officer." http://www.sec.gov/about/forms/form8-k.pdf

So under these rules PFMS is complaint and we just have to be patient.
