I understand you feel horribly betrayed by KAA. But the fact is that we could much more quickly get control of this situation with a bit of cooperation from KAA. He could, for example, as COB, appoint a new president and board, and resign and turn over whatever records he has to the new management, thus allowing the shell to be marketed, and closure for those that think they need it. Your venom spewing could be preventing that from happening.
