The SEC remains "asleep at the wheel" as far as I can see. What little efforts they do make are focused on larger scams, I guess they don't have the resources to go after small time crooks. vfin and auto are small botique trading outlets that individuals use to trade stocks. I guess kind of like an etrade, but on a much smaller basis.

Ever wonder why there are so many "small botique Wall Sreet trading firms"? Probably so insider exec.s and their affiliates can trade under the radar stock they probably shouldn't be trading...
