So what you're saying is that a 15.42M market cap company goes public with a fake announcement, that they are spreading a lie ???

Come on. This is not some BS small, fake company pumping the stock price to dump shares with zero assets. Are there new shares being dumped onto the market ? Think not. They got a real offer and if this goes through by next Tuesday you'll be very sorry to have missed the ride. This company has been around for over 10 years.
