Got off the phone with Tronox IR. TROXV is not the new common shares. These are private transactions of promissary notes for some quantity of new shares.

Tronox has no control over this...its basically some firms got together to form a clearing house.

I would caution anyone from using this as a basis of valuation at this point.

I urge everyone interested to call IR and request that Tronox put out a PR clarifing this.
