Howdy. I have a bet scenario for all!

All,
I am wondering your take on the following. Please read through the conversation in regards to a bet:

(14:08:35) Phil Smith: wanna bet on that ?

(14:08:42) Chris Jones: what could we bet
(14:10:25) Phil Smith: so how much over 2.5 B do you think the # of M&Ms is?

(14:14:31) Phil Smith: i'll take that bet, if your wrong you leave the factory and never come back, if your right you get to stay

(14:17:58) Phil Smith: if the # of M&Ms is 3B, i'll tell you exactly why the Blue M&M really wishes he was a Red M&M.

(14:20:10) Chris Jones: how bout- If I win, you post a memo in the factory that you were wrong about this and I was right, nice and simply w/o ifs or buts

(14:20:51) Chris Jones: but- you cant just say 'the # of M7Ms is X. im right- cya dude'. This data has to be revealed by the company or on the M&M data website.

(14:22:04) Phil Smith: the number has to come straight from the company itself, and not via way of the M&M data website.
(14:22:40) Chris Jones: cause even if my horrible self is gone from here, at least customers get the # of M&Ms.
