My cousin has been there. My cousin lives in Costa Rica. He went to Ventana. He has lived in Costa Rica for the last 8 years. He says it is a lot safer there than in Las Angeles, Texas or Mexico. They live in 70-80 degree weather all year around. He said he went from the Jaco road south, and to the property. Though they would not tell him what Panamersa is doing, he did say this is real, and they are treating him very well. Panamersa is involved.
My cousin lives on social security. He says in the US, after he paid for Income Tax, Property Tax, and Insurance he had nothing left. Down there he has a nice house, never had an issue in the last 8 years. He says the property has the nicest roads in the area. The development is a real nice development. It is in the blue zone area. The people that lived in the development are real nice.
Now I just sold my mother’s house, The land was valued at $145,000. For a very tiny lot that was taxed at $6,000 a year and rising. My cousin said I can get a new house, land, and a ocean view in Ventana for the land cost of my mother’s house in the US.
I called and with my cousin’s help I got a tour of the property. So for $200 Round trip with Spirit Air, I get a free vacation in Costa Rica. Yes, I have to listen to a salesman, that will try to sell me something I would like. to own. They will pick me up at the airport, and I will stay in one of their completed houses.
How much will Panamersa make on this? I don’t care. I will save more from this vacation, and purchase of a house, than it ever cost me from buying stock in the company. I am taking advantage of it. To me this is a fantastic return on my stock investment.
