IMHO, I think most investors were looking for private financing or WWE settlement dollars to boost this company off the launching pad. Didn't happen, thus the huge sell off. Also, a contract with a large retailer would have been huge, not a forward looking statement saying they are looking for one. The only thing that did happen investors were looking for was the private labeling. Unfortunately, as good news as this is, it wasn't enough to overcome one of the other two events investors were looking for. All my own opinion of course.
