Used to back when I was just uncovering the company but things obviously drifter when cap n trade went down BUT listen to this...on Fox on way home from picking up my dog Cavuto was reporting that the EPA is making cap n trade effective via policy stead of legislation. EPA flatly states that within 5 years they will have accomplished via policy changes all the goals of the legislation. In fact the EPA had a summit somewhere--big one with other world groups--and said main concern for next 5 years was/is global warming. In effect nothing has changed...administration just going about it in diff approach from the bill that barely missed passing for cap n trade. gpg
