Thank you for the update! I called Dan on Tuesday right after the fake blog was posted and he gave me a good idea of what the plans were and that there was a solid plan B in tact w/o saying more than he was legally obligated to at the time. At the same time he told me not to mention too much on the board because as of yesterday nothing had been cancelled, which is why I advised if anyone had questions they should call Dan so they can sleep peacefully. Dan is a stand up guy, really keeping us in touch here.

Looks like they were well prepared for this hence the huge respected lawyer team and a solid plan B to keep the show going. I'm assuming that's also why they didn't exploit advertising that it was going to take place at the Speedway. I remember posters on here throwing up red flags if it was real because they didn't blatantly advertise where the festival would be.

Can you imagine what would happen if more than likely Fuego receives a cash settlement for the cancellation at the speedway? it would likely be a multiple of the $500k they put down! Not to mention the added publicity. It's going to hugely help Fuego in their future endeavors as well as us shareholders. Maybe I'm thinking too ahead and I'm not implying there will be a settlement just saying, you don't line up an expensive set of lawyers to take on a county if your not absolutely sure you have a strong case especially nowadays when everyone is tight on funds...

Bottom line imo and something Dan had mentioned to me, regarding the festival it has NOTHING to do with politics IT'S MUSIC. There will be people there that have nothing to do with Cuba, and are just there for good music and a good time. And there won't be anything there to persuade them about politics in Cuba.

So with that said, looks like things just got a lot more interesting. There is so much going on behind the scenes. There's not one single event to look forward too with FUGI, but instead a whole bunch of things. We have financials on the way, looking to uplist, a Cuban festival coming up, now this dilemma with the speedway that may turn out in our favor. Everyday here in exciting, and that's ironic because I've been in boards with a million posts per day all having nothing to do with the company, and a few posts here are always well thought out and written. Good work everyone, looking forward to tomorrow and any updates the day brings.

cheers,
moe.
