I said this last night and again today. I know the amount of shares being traded in the past 2 days (100 mil plus) lead some to believe the Co is diluting. Lets say that is the case thus the sharp downward departure the past few days in the PPS (supply/demand theory). If the Co was diluting and selling that many shares they now become available on the open market. My questions is how did this stock manage to go up some 40 percent in the 1st 1/2 hour yesterday if there were that many additional shares (millions) available to the public? If that was the case, the PPS with only 10 mil traded should have sat still with all the shares available. Instead, it was up a sharp % on just 10 million shares. Does that make sense?
