HR,

In a civil trial, isn't it true that criminal charges cannot be brought in unless it has been demonstrated that fraud has been committed? Especially fraud against the government like SEC, FCC, postal (mail fraud), etc. The criminal charges would not be part of the civil case however they would be brought up after the civil case is over. True, not true? I know this works the other way. Remember OJ? He won his criminal case but lost his civil case.
