If only it were so, but alas NO! The reason they authorized 3 BILLION common shares is so the insiders have plenty of shares to issue to themselves most likely illegally for "alleged services' (can you say BS?) vfin and the other cast of firms are more than likely the personal trading accounts of the insiders. No, they will be playing this game for some time to come before their next R/S...
