slo there are NO details all it said was "The parties report that a settlement has been reached in this action. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is directed to mark this action closed with leave to re-open in the event settlement is not consummated and the parties are directed to file a stipulation of settlement on or before February 23, 2011. Ordered by Judge Roslynn R. Mauskopf on 2/8/2011. (Moody, Gerald)" There has been NO offical word from either side about this. FORM YOUR OWN OPINION. HH OUT...
