IMO - Ken changed the restrictions to give himself time to find something good to PR - which he DID not -- it was all a delaying tactic NOT anything to please shareholders.

Ken knew that by filing to remove the restriction delays would be unavoidable - in effect, it would keep those who owned KATX before the July, 2010 date still "involved" & emotionally committed!

and this "delay tactic" has been used by Ken many times, including, buying mining rights on "new" properties, changing IR, changing(?) lawyers, etc.

JUST TO STRING SOME SHAREHOLDERS ALONG!
