I am working a plan to tread water indefinitely and retain all of my shares, but that in know way justifies the failure to communicate with shareholders that Peter Ntephe personifies. Just because I found a way to hang on doesn't suddenly make management legit.

The pigs gorging at the trough and lying about growth plans need to be starved before shareholders have to pay an even bigger penalty for allowing them to continue. Ironically Offor pays that penalty too, unless he plans to benefit from ERHC's demise somehow.
