i received the pump brochure today,
express mail. along with a personally written
sticky note from Joe.
same pattern with these scams, take out some
mining claims nobody else wants, and pump.
no intention to ever drill, much less produce.

recently a local restaurant group, Marra, lost
a lawsuit brought on by a competing restaurant,
because Marra restaurants were sending out unsolicited
faxes of menus to local businesses. If you think
about it, this is the same thing. Hopefully someday
this practice will become illegal.
