Just got a return phonecall following up my email questions...
there are some shares that came unrestricted through a private placement but the majority of this decline is retail driven...
there is no plan at all of a R/S and it hasnt even been remotely discussed..
the company has stated that they are in contact with the transfer agent as for them not to be gagged and provide the most current share structure to us shareholders...
all of this information will be made public in a PR very soon...
in short scoop em up and buy the fear cuz this shouldnt be as bad as it is...best oh the guy I spoke with was Shaun from Greene Concepts
