I was told way back in 2009 that the Former CEO would still be a 25% owner when the deal was completed. Even though he Resigned, hes still involved, who do you think Pristine made the Deal with to use the Old Michelex Plastics Plant to Convert to Pharma Manufacturing? I doubt if Tom G is selling anything anytime soon. The guy took a Huge Loss on this Company over the past 5-6 years, granted it's his own Dam fault, for never doing one single thing he said he would, among other Fumbles. But he lost his "Pot of Gold" he had with this Company, so you can bet your Marbles he won't be selling anything until this gets way up to a share price worth selling at.

I know some of you guys don't believe much of what I post, but thats your choice. I happen to know a lot more than I am even letting anyone here think I do, but one thing I know for sure, NIR is Involved with this stock, I was told that NIR Brought the "Buyers to the Table", and Unless the Board "Paid them Off", They are Still here with A Lot of shares. I have not heard anything on NIR being paid off, I was told that Tom G gave up "Half his Holdings" in the Company for the Deal to go down, Who do you think got "Half his Shares"?

And during 2007,08,09, and up to June-July 2010, Cornell Capital Cashed in on Free Trading Convertibles that were court ordered in a Judgement they won in Court against Michelex. Now I Wonder who was Quietly Accumulating all those shares from Cornell that they sold down in the Micro-Subs, (.0002 to .002)? I picked several Mil in the Micros, some at .0002, but thats Pocket Change to the Entity that Bought "Hundreds of Millions" that Cornell Unleashed.

Ever seen that skit on that show, I think it was "In Living Color", (I Think), Called; "Things That Make You Go HMMMMMM?"
