Little bit is right. I think it has a bit more down side.
Trends are a hard thing to stop sometimes.
I'm guessing .10--.15 before leveling off. Maybe lower. Below .05 would be a shocker.
It would be more encouraging if the Accum/Dis divergence had not dropped off during decline.
