I BLVE THE PREFS WILL BE OFFERED AN AMOUNT FOR THE RLSES.. I BLVE THAT AMOUNT WILL BE 50% OF VALUE. ABOUT 3.5B WHICH THE TAX REFUNDS AND SOME CHUMP CHANGE THAT THE FDIC/JPM WAS GOING TO GET---
