Euthy: He may not understand the bonafide market making exemption which allows naked shorting for specialists, BUT, your "acquantaince" did raise some suspicious points on market making activities...especially his admission that not all MMs play by the rules and that pennystock manipulation can occur (even though he's never seen it...yeah right).
