Im not going to spend much time on speculation about harvey, but my going into further detail about what it is like to have to deal with battis on a professional level would be breaching a confidence..

he was described as having never experienced anyone as unprofessional in the 30 years of corporate work as he did with battis.

I would not be giving the battis the benefit of the doubt if i was u, on any level at this point.

The evidence of this guy completely misleading investors is overwhelming obvious.
