Mr. Brown,

I have emailed you on several occasions without ever receiving a response. I hope that this email will not follow a similar fate.

Today, I noticed several (>45) 9million share blocks being sold at the bid around 12 noon. This much volume is clearly an indication of a prearranged sale/purchase, or cancellation of shares possibly? Can you please comment on these trades, and if they were cancellation of shares, or financing of some sort to conitnue buisness operations? If it was a prearranged sale, is dilution of the stock occurring, and to whom was the financing arrangement made?
