My feeling is they have some cash from the Pre-IPO placements and are getting the process started.

I also believe Rabbits are close and the "big Acq. is also done or very close. Ink drying type of thing.

Does anyone recall if Ken stated or alluded to the Rev and EBITDA of the large acq. in any of the VC's.
