It takes almost a year to amend the permit from the time of a test burn. So if it is correct we may not see any benefit from it for awhile. At least that's the way it is in Virginia and North Carolina. Do you know where the power plant is that supposedly is doing the burn? If you know the utility that owns the plant, that would be good information as well.
Perhaps your information is correct, and the management at CPWY (XPGH) has decided that it would be in the best interest of the company not to release forward-looking statements. But, again, I am just speculating.
