Huge price jump from the 6 inch dredge to the $50000 price/$62500 cost (lease purchase) that we are paying per 8 inch dredge (Plus $12500 in stock) I've spent my life on a multi-million dollar grain farm, running machines, fixing machines, buying machines, building machines. I viewed all the dredge photos and find it very difficult finding justifications for over a 10X increase in our cost per dredge...

4" dredges 3 units total cost $8,750
5" dredges 3 units total cost $11,750
6" dredges 3 units total cost $17,850

8" dredges 3 units OUR TOTAL COST $200,000 (It mentions below, dregde cost = $50,000 incl. shipping... Including OR Included I do not know, but to me it looks as though shipping is an additional cost. If anyone knows this cost, I would appreciate it if you can share it. Or if shipping is indeed included, that info would also be great.)

The terms of financing are as follows: Each dredge cost = $50,000 incl. shipping. Investor purchases and owns the dredge. Sunergy lease purchases from Investor for a total payment of $62,500 over seven months as follows: After an initial operating period of 90 days, four equal monthly payments of $15,625 to pay in full. In addition, a further $12,500 worth of restricted stock at a 20% discount to market plus a 1 year warrant at a 40% premium to market is added as a form of bonus
