Wrong on all of your counts

First of all they at least found 1% copper
No mention of copper findings to date with katx..

Hole RR10-01, approximately 500 meters south of RR10-02, was drilled to a depth of 719.3 meters to test a
coincident gravity and magnetics anomaly. The hole intersected mafic volcanic rocks, conglomerates and mafic
intrusive rocks that contain indications of sub-economic copper mineralization throughout most of the drill hole
(including native copper and chalcopyrite).

719 meters of native copper and chalcopyrite....the most common copper ore.... look it up... the words sub-economic is exactly the words use by the geos that first drilled Olympic Dam in Austraila. The important thing is Olympic Dam was going to be a tunnel mine... Rusty Ridge is Cutting the top of a mountain and copper is only part of the ore body....

There was no mention of intersction or grades of copper at RR so far....

The hole intersected mafic volcanic rocks, conglomerates and mafic
intrusive rocks that contain indications of sub-economic copper mineralization throughout most of the drill hole
I read this as a 719 foot interestion of the ore body look at the pictures it a round ball of ore 4km by 7km and its only 30 meters deep.....

The analyses indicate a 7.5m interval from 30.0 to 37.5m having elevated rare earth elements and zircon,
returning a weighted average of 0.164% TREO (including yttrium) consisting of 0.113% LREO and 0.051% HREO
(including yttrium). The results also returned 0.268% zirconium dioxide, 0.039% Nb2O5 (niobium oxide) and
0.022% rubidium.
The first 40 meter were sent out and from 30 to 37.5 have REEs them the next three meter had what? we do not know..... The question is what do the next 680 meters have.... they are suppose to have more REE metals the deeper you go but the REE are at the edges of the "core" and the 719 meters..... does not even get to the bottom of the "good stuff". Look at the pictures........its show the holes to scale....

Right now, to most, things seem to have switched to an REE play

Wrong again it it the total ore body iron ore copper gold and REE can all be extracted from the mountain (read up on ore floation and gravity seperation) That what make the claim worth so much...

with .164% TREO (we need a very min of .5

%)

Recalculating these abundances as a percent of the ore minerals is shown in Table 9-3.
Note that the minerals occur in relative abundance from zircon, to allanite, to monazite,
with fergusonite, bastnaesite and synchysite varying considerably from case to case.
REE precentage on one hole for 7.5 meters as an average meants that they are not just on the ground they are part of the ore body.......The figure you gave as a quote were from REE mines and would depend on what type in order to give a min.

The Avalon report is 300 pages and considers a large variety of factors... the most important is once the ore is out of the ground it needs to get to the plant... and that were the Rusty Ridge location has a huge plus begin at Banyan Cove...
